Nautical Charts

The nautical chart is a fundamental tool of marine navigation. It shows water depths, obstructions, aids to navigation, channels, shoreline, and more – hopefully all the information mariners need to navigate safely.

AIS Chart - From MarineTraffic, showing vessel positions in our area. The Automatic Identification System (AIS) is an automatic tracking system used on ships and by vessel traffic services (VTS) for identifying and locating vessels by electronically exchanging data with other nearby ships and AIS Base stations.
